​Campers must be girls at least 7 and no older than 15 on June 1, 2027.​ The camper must live in Nassau or Suffolk County on Long Island, NY. Families income must meet USDA requirements for free or reduced lunch in school. 

 

To register for NORTH SHORE HOLIDAY HOUSE camp, you must:

• Fill out our online application;
   

• Download and print the following documents:
   

  • Medical Forms: Health History Form 1 and the Parental Consent to Treatment forms are filled out by a parent/guardian.
     

  • Health History Form 2 is filled out and signed by your healthcare provider. It must be dated within 1 year of camp attendance. You will also need to obtain a copy of your campers Immunization Record.
     

  • Camper Essay
     

  • USDA Income Form
     

  • SCOPE Application 
     

• Electronically sign all NSHH Agreements once they are sent to you.

Camp fills up quickly. Please submit your applications in as early as possible to ensure that your camper will have a place at camp. ​An emailed confirmation notice will be sent to you once we have received your application to notify you of which session your camper will attend.​ Be sure to call our office confirming your camper's session if you haven't heard from us.
